Went here 5 years ago and I live on the other side of the country and I still think about this place occasionally. One of my favorite restaurant experiences in my life.

Amazing experience. We booked the private dining experience in the sunflower coach for 8 people. It is a beautiful space, designed to resemble a luxury Ukrainian train car. The prefix food menu was absolutely delicious and plenty of food. Our group loves to eat and we all left very full. The host provided us a beautiful presentation of the space and the origin story of the restaurant and our server explained the inspirations/origin of each dish. Our server was very attentive and easily accommodated an allergy and two non-drinkers. Prices were very fair. We cannot wait to come back!

I love love love Maydan so I've been wanting to come here for ages because they have the same owners and it's significantly easier to get a reservation here than at Maydan. The food is not quite as good as at Maydan, but still very excellent. First, we didn't want to do Around the World (which isn't actually that much better of a deal) as we wanted certain dishes not on that menu. We ordered the yams, the brussels sprouts, kofta, duck larb and khachapuri. They were all delicious and the khachapuri is a must get. The duck larb was excellent but the yams were the most unique as they were delicately fried. These five dishes left us beyond stuffed and we took home some of the yams and half of the khachapuri so the dishes are not tiny by any means. I think four dishes next time will be the perfect amount. The service is Maydan-level (i.e. great). Our waitress was super busy but still very good and friendly. It was our anniversary so she brought us complimentary sparkling wine to celebrate. Note, there is a 20% service charge which she more than deserved.

Fun concept and tasty food! All the dishes are smaller plates based on street food from around the world. We did the tour of the world which was $40 per person and came with four dishes and a desert. The bread, the kabobs, and the beignets were highlights! They have some creative cocktails as well--they were pretty good but not as much a stand out as the food. Lovely service though a bit slow
